I always budget to include the RT Systems software with any radio purchase. The Software opens up a widow to see at a glance, what is available from the programmed radio.... it gives the ability to easily view, manipulate and upload your data choices.... quickly and efficiently.

No where on your software ordering page does it state that the software will not work without the RT special cable. I would not of ordered the software separately if I had known this. Unhappy customer.

It took me a moment to get this working but a reboot seems to have resolved the issues I was having. Also waiting a few moments for the radio to boot up seems to help too. Overall the software is intuitive & feature rich. Thanks so much for creating & supporting this excellent software!
