Quickstart
Learn how to do the most common functions on your phone.

- This base station is compatible with the Panasonic KX-TPA60, KX-UDT121, KX-UDT131 cordless handsets, and the KX-TPA65 wireless desk phone.
Call Forwarding
Automatically forward incoming calls to an internal extension or external number.
- Press the Func key.
- Select Fwd/DND.
- Turn On the desired forwarding type.
- All: Forwards all incoming calls.
- NA: Forwards all unanswered incoming calls.
- Busy: Forwards all incoming calls while you're in a call.
- Dial the forwarding destination (internal extension or external number).
- If you selectedNo Answer, enter how many rings to wait before forwarding.
- Press the OK softkey.
Do Not Disturb (DND)
Stop your phone from ringing and send all incoming calls directly to voicemail.
- Press the Func key.
- Press Fwd/DND > DND.
- Select On.
- Press the OK softkey.
Voicemail Access
Check your voicemail from your phone.
- Press and hold the Hold/Msg key.
- Dial your password (default 0000).

Speed Dial
Assign regularly dialed numbers to additional line keys on your phone.
3-Way Calls
Speak with two parties simultaneously by creating a mini-conference call on your line.
- While on an active call, press the Hold/Msg key.
- Dial the internal extension or external number to add to the conference.
- Wait for the second party to answer, and then let them know that you would like to add them to a 3-way call.
- Press Conf softkey.
Warm Transfer
Place a current call on hold and speak with the destination party before transferring the call.
- While on an active call, press the Xfer/Clr key.
- Dial the transfer destination (internal extension or external number).
- Speak to the destination party.
- Press the Transfer softkey.
Blind Transfer
Transfer a call to another party without speaking to them first.
- While on an active call, press the Blind softkey.
- Dial the transfer destination (internal extension or external number).Tip: To transfer a call directly to voicemail, dial 0 + extension.
Hold
Place a call on hold while you take some time to look up an answer to a question or answer another call.
- Press the Hold/Msg key.
- Press the Hold/Msg key again to retrieve the call.
Modify Ringtone
Choose a new ringtone for your phone or assign a different ringtone to each of your lines.
- Press the Func key.
- Select Incoming Option > Ringer Type.
- If there are multiple lines assigned to your phone, select the line you wish to modify.
- Select the desired ringtone (highlight to sample ringtones).
- Press the OK softkey.
Presence Monitoring
Visually monitor the speed dial contacts assigned to your phone to know whether or not they are on an active call. These line keys will light up (busy lamp field) indicating if someone is busy or available.

Register Your Handset

Panasonic Kx Tpa65 Headset
- Press the Menu softkey.
- Select Setting Handset > Other Option > Embedded web.
- Turn Embedded web off and then press the Save softkey.
- Turn Embedded web on and then press the Save softkey.
- Press the Back softkey twice, select IP service, and then write down the phone's IP Address.
- Open an incognito window in Google Chrome, enter the IP address in the address (URL) bar and then press enter on your keyboard. If the web UI doesn't load, enter https:// before the phone’s IP address.
- Enter admin for the username and adminpass for the password.
- Go to Maintenance > Provisioning Maintenance.
- Enter the following settings:
